Paid Media Manager


Job Summary

We are looking for a talented PPC manager to join our award-winning paid media team and deliver paid search, display, and paid social solutions for our portfolio of brand name clients. As someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing you will have a key role in evolving our service offering and communicating our paid media capabilities to prospects, clients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Independently manage client accounts across the paid media channels
  • Own client relationships and lead client communications through emails, calls and face to face meetings
  • Understand the client’s goals and translate these into paid media strategies which meet their objective and subjective requirements, including formulating forecasts of future performance
  • Communicate justification of strategic plans to clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Continually improve knowledge of Paid Media techniques & ensure learnings are delivered throughout the Paid Media team
  • Support the Head of Search with the development of the current paid media product range and delivery processes
  • Ensure services are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Management of executives’ tasks to support client strategies and deliverables
  • Support the Head of Search to ensure executives are trained and skilled to the correct level

Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A genuine interest in PPC and associated channels with a desire to raise your profile within the industry
  • The capability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • A desire to achieve and surpass targets, both for the clients and at a personal level
  • The ability to be a team player, someone who is willing to go the extra mile for both clients and colleagues

Experience required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar agency role
  • Educated to degree level, statistical/analysis-related degrees valuable but not essential
  • Experience delivering successful campaigns across search and display platforms with a focus on Google Ads
  • Experience running campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Amazon would be advantageous
